We haven’t heard from you for a long time, and we hope that you are doing great!
As 2018 year is coming to the end, we wanted to give you some update of what is going on with the books that have been approved for 2018 and ask you one favor.
We planned these books for publishing in 2018:
1. Dictations from 2017 conferences (Korea, Holland and Russia )
2. The series of books about ego (Ego-games, ego-dramas, ego – illusions)
3. The Sixth Ray initiations
4. Help Ascended Masters stop war
5. My lives with Lucifer, Satan, Hitler and Jesus
And these are the results:
1. Published
2. In progress of editing and correcting
3. Editing and correction is ready.
4. Ready except for 2 decrees. These are at the final stages. Other part of book is ready.
5. This book has raised a lot of questions in all publishing house members and we decided to take some more time to make discernment. And due to current situation in Russia with Yarovaya law and because of the possibility that this book could be some kind of breach of the sanctity of religion, we just need to make a balanced decision.
And talking about next year, finally we have an understanding that we are going to translate and publish all the series of Self-Mastery Course and this year we caught up with The Six Ray, but still we want to go back and start from the very beginning. Could you please send this book “The power of self” to us in order to include it to the Publishing Plan for 2019 year?

Hi Sasha,
that sounds great with all the books being published or ready. Really great work from all of you.
In terms of the My Lives book:
1. If you can identify specific parts or statements in the book that you think violate the law, we could possibly leave them out.
2. If you cannot agree on publishing it, I have no problem with that.
However, if you do not want to publish the book, we need to change the publishing contract so you no longer have the exclusive right to publish my books in Russia.
That way, I am free to go with others who are willing to publish it in Russian.
Also, if you do not want to publish the book, you also cannot publish the book Healing Your Spiritual Traumas or the book I am working on now with the dictations from Holland and Kazakstan, as these dictations build on and mention the My Lives book.
So I will need you to make a decision on the My Lives book before too long, let us say by the 1. of February.

We wanted to share with you some update on our processes.
1. You asked us to make decision on the book “My lives” and our decision is not to publish it. We are open to make changes to the contract and remove phrase about exclusive rights. We will send you contract (with that phrase removed) for prolongation.
2. In addition to that, wanted to let you know that Sasha Momzerova decided to leave Publishing House and new director is Eugeniya Nemirovskaya.

Attached is (pdf file) — Agreement_Kim Michaels_Freedom Star_2014_05_20 — it is the current contract that has been countersigned.
By the way, we found out that the contract has no end date, so there is no need to sign it once again and there is no phrase about exclusive rights in the contract. This specific information is located in additional agreements that we send to you periodically.
Basically we have exclusive rights (it is mentioned in the paragraph 1) only for those books that we have already published and are going to publish — our plans we send to you every year as publishing plans. We’ve checked our additional agreements and looks like we didn’t send one for 2018 to you, when we were going to publish the book «My lives» and told you about that. That’s why you can choose whomever you want to work under this book further.
So we send it to you that additional agreement (.doc file) — Amendment#2 as of Mar 1 2018 (to be signed) — and there is no information about «My lives» book in it. Could you please sign it as of March 01, 2018 and send it back?

I won’t have time to look at the contract until after February 1st.
But I would like you to clarify why you do not want to publish the book.
The reason is that someone told me that Dima [Cherepanov] had said he does not think the book is of the light.
If this is the case, you need to clarify whether you think I am still a valid messenger, as many dictations have mentioned how important the book is.
So I feel we need to clarify this before we go further.

It is fine that you take time to consider this, as I think it is important to get this clarified.
I think you should consider the following as well:
The publishing company was started only to publish my books.
If some people feel I am no longer a messenger, then that is, of course, fine, but then why would these people want to be involved with the company?
From my perspective, it seems strange that 3 persons who still believe I am a messenger (and who accept the new books) have had to withdraw from the company.
Why is it not the people who don’t believe I am a messenger (or who don’t accept ALL of my books) who have withdrawn?
From my perspective it is not practical that I have to deal with two companies for the publishing of my books in Russia.
Therefore, I would prefer that the company continues to publish my books and is run by people who still think my books are from the light.
By the way, I don’t think I have been paid since January 2018, have you not sold more books during the year?

Dear Kim,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and considerations. To be honest, everyone of us is passing through very uneasy processes and, of course, we will consider all these things that you described in the last e-mail and will ponder them closely. That’s why we took a pause until February 20th and, no matter what decision will be made, we will write to you a detailed letter.
As for royalty, let us clarify one point. From the beginning of our relationship we took responsibility to pay royalty for printed books, which means that we pay royalty not for sold hard copies, but for all printed copies. Only royalty for e-books depends on quantity of e-books sold. I.e. in 2018 we published 200 hard copies of “Acceleration of consciousness to the Golden Age”and sold 173 soft copies of e-books. This total amount has been transferred to you.
By the end of February we will get published three books: “Help the Ascended Master stop war”, workbook for this book and the book “Freedom from ego illusions“ and will send to you royalty for all these hard copies right away.

Dear Kim,
In our last communication you asked a question to publishing house: “do you still believe I am a valid messenger”. We took a pause until February 20 and promised to give you a detailed answer after this date. February 20 has passed, the final meeting took place andwith this letter we fulfill our promise.
We would like to highlight two main questions in this letter:
1) Discernment and answer to the question: are you still a valid messenger of Ascended Masters at the present moment?
2) How do we see our future partnership
Are you still a valid messenger of Ascended Masters at the present moment – our discernment.
Let us start from the beginning and give you a broader view of what was going on. In May 2018 Sasha Momzerova and team of translators were working under the book “My lives with Lucifer, Satan, Hitler and Jesus” translating. And during the work Sasha and translators had a lot of controversial feelings. Thus Sasha gathered all the members of publishing house together in order to share her feelings and concerns. At the meeting it was decided that all members should read several chapters of the book. And once it was done, questions have become even more. In order to solve those questions, we asked you about a Skype call that then occurred. However, doubts have not gone away. And we faced with discernment.
Before that moment, we haven’t decided yet should we publish this book or not. However, the book issue initiated a larger process and put the question differently: “Is Kim Michaels a messenger, through whom true Ascended Masters speak?”
Since the question was important, in July 2018 we told the Community about this situation. Here it is necessary to step aside and clarify that in summer 2017 the Community of Holy Spirit was created in Novosibirsk that is based on the principles of the Sphere of Unity by Lord Maitreya. Chelas of Ascended Masters entered the Community, who formed a new spiritual place after activities of Center of Spiritual Growth ended up.Today, the circle of Community is 49 people and these are the people who live not only in Novosibirsk, but also in other cities and countries — in Germany, in St. Petersburg, in Barnaul and Irkutsk. “Freedom Star” Publishing House is only a part of the Community of Holy Spirit.
Thus it should be pointed out that all members of Community and not only publishing house members took part in the process of discernment. Also it is important to be pointed out that the discernment was not of “My lives…” book, but mostly of dictations that have been given through you lately.
In order to find the answers, each one of us had this process of discernment by his/her own (it was individual process, not collective one), just as Lord Shiva talked about that in his dictation about discernment, released through you. We used a method given by Shiva – to do spiritual practices and give a call for Shiva’s help (and, of course, other Ascended Masters’ help) in the process of discernment.
The process looked like that. At first we listened an Ascended Master’s dictation given through Elizabeth Claire Prophet, then right after that another one dictation of the same Ascended Master, given thought Mark Prophet, then – a dictation of the same Ascended Master given through you in the yearly period (2006-2008) and then – a dictation of the same Ascended Master, released through you in the recent period (2018-2019).
What we were considering was not the meaning of the Teachings, released in dictations, but discernment of vibrations, radiating from them. And so we did, step by step, set by set, in order to make sure that the decision is balanced.
This process of discernment took about 8 months for every member of Community and we all decided to make that final decision on February 20.
The Community gathered on the chosen date and every one of us announced his/her decision regarding discernment and answered the question — if he/she thinks that you are a valid messenger. Everyone in secret wrote his/her name and his/her discernment on the piece of paper. Once it was done by all, decision of everyone was read aloud.
Thus, 35 people made a decision that you are not a valid messenger at this moment and 13 people decided that you are a valid messenger. Only 1 person hasn’t any decision yet – it is Olya Terentyeva, because she is in Korea now and is being treated against blood leukemia.
All members of “Freedom” Star Publishing House (with the exception of Nastya Damian) made a discernment decision that was unanimous and our decision is — at the moment, messages released through you, are not from true Ascended Masters.
How do we see our future partnership
And now facing this decision, as Publishing House, we see two possible ways of our partnership. And the final decision is up to you.
1. Partnership is coming to an end.
2. Partnership is carrying on. In that case the way of interactions has the same format as it was before with all smooth business processes: we would translate and publish the books, approve publishing plan with you, pay royalty etc. – everything what we did before. However “Freedom Star” publishing house will not have exclusive rights to publish all of your books, but only those ones, that will be approved by you in publishing plan and additional agreement that we send to you every year. In that case, we are ready to publish the books, written by you up to beginning of 2016. The books written after this date, we cannot publish due to discernment made.
As for us, we would be happy to continue our partnership. There are books and teachings released through you, which can be translated and brought forth to people. And if you think it’s possible, it can be done through “Freedom Star” Publishing House. But again, the final decision is up to you.
Meanwhile, we would like to tell you, that the royalty for the books recently published (“Help Ascended Masters stop war”, workbook to that book and “Freedom from ego illusions”) will be sent to you today (tomorrow as maximum). Thus all financial obligations to you are fulfilled by us.

Dear Kim!
Today the history of Messengers has a rather long history. During this long period of time, Ascended Masters gave incredible Teachings to humankind. A large number of Messengers worked together with the Masters, so that all people could receive these progressive Teachings and would be able to evolve faster.
Unfortunately, history is full of sad pages, when Masters were able to give Teachings, but the Messenger couldn’t handle it. The reasons could be different, but still he or she couldn’t handle it. And the saddest thing is that those Messengers couldn’t discern what the level of those dictations that they received was and they lost Ascended Masters’ guidance.
I was learning carefully your story, and I recall what you talked about in Novosibirsk conferences – you said that the purpose and meaning of your life is your service to God and Ascended Masters, and that you have a huge experience in overcoming your ego! And that means that if you want, you can overcome your ego! Also I know and understand very well that on the Path ego of every person will become more and more subtle and will try to influence the chela. And apparently the closer chela would be to his or her Christ consciousness manifesting, the better ego would be in hiding and disguising. That’s why it’s so important to be more attentive to its actions and how it shows itself.
At the same time, brothers and sisters on the Path could be a very good help, because they can help to see the things in yourself which the person refuses to see or simply doesn’t see because he or she can be trapped in situation and can be blinded by his/her ego. And when the person is able to hear what other chelas on the Path tell him/her, often he/she gets an opportunity to let go of his/her ego-illusions. It can be demonstrated by the words of Master MORE: “If the messenger be an ant, heed him!”
Today 35 people are those ants and they saw that on the recent period and especially after the book “My lives…” was published, dictations were no longer the ones released by Ascended Masters.
My sincere wish for you to see you passed your Path and done it victoriously! And see you overcame all of your ghosts, winning your Victory!

The reason why I am writing to you this letter is because I feel you are my brother on the Path.
Kim, my heart is full with gratitude to you for all your work that you have done during all these years, helping me and other people to believe that there are Ascended Masters and they are real. And that we can be their students, we can walk the Path and manifest God here on earth.
I am very thankful that exactly you were the tool in the hands of Masters to bring forth Teachings and Living Word!
I believe that your heart is also filled with gratitude to those who helped you to become Ascended Masters’ student, who helped you to become more mature on the Path.
The process of discernment was not easy for me. It was not easy because I couldn’t believe to the thing that you cannot pass your initiations and you can leave the Path.
Since 2009 when I accepted you as Ascended Masters messenger, you are very close person to my heart.
For me, Ascended Masters Teachings released through you are of great value.
At the same time, Great White Brotherhood Teachings released through other Messengers are still very valuable for me.
For the last year I found out a lot of contradictions in the Teachings, and that makes me feel deep regret…

Hello Kim,
We apologize for delay with an answer. We were busy by organizing, holding and taking part in “Self. Roles. Masks” Practical Class that was held in retreat format from the 7th till 10th of March. Moreover in order to write a letter by group of people (as is the case with publishing house) a way more time is required, because it needs to discuss and reach a common position on every issue by considering different people’s view. That’s why we were able to write this letter only by now.
We are ready to answer your questions in detail. We are going to do it using quoting format.
From my perspective, it seems strange that 3 persons who still believe I am a messenger (and who accept the new books) have had to withdraw from the company.
We think that in order to talk to each other in a more clear way, you should be more open and call the names of whom you are talking about. During working process of publishing house, there were many people who have entered it and left it, and overall quantity of these people is significantly more than three people. If you are talking about someone in particular, then you need to call those people’s names and then we can answer precisely without guessing who you mean.
We are surprised by the question wording: “have had to withdraw”. This wording shows that you know for sure that those people did not withdraw from the company by themselves, but they had to withdraw, meaning that somebody forced them to do so. But, as known, you personally were not the part of publishing house, and you couldn’t know all internal processes that have taken place in publishing house, thus somebody told you his or her view of what happened. And did that in a way that you made a conclusion that those 3 people with the names which you do not tell, “had to withdraw”.
We wanted to see that the spirit of openness and honesty would bring the light on this issue and you could make it clear – where did you find out this information that led you to this belief.
As for us, we can say that nobody forced no one to leave publishing house, your vision of this issue is mistaken.
It needs to be noted that you didn’t try to learn our standpoint – did those people really “have to withdraw” or not, but took it for granted and showed us your predefined standpoint on that issue (without any shadow of doubt) that they “had to withdraw from the company”.
We believe that there is a need to learn two standpoints to get full information — then the vision of situation will not be one-sided.

People keep being involved in the publishing house activities because they consider their work as SERVING to Ascended Masters in order to bring Living Word and Ascended Masters Teachings to Russian-speaking people. Especially we would like to point out that those people serve not to specific messenger (including you), but to Ascended Masters.
All people who wanted to work in publishing house keep working in it obviously. And all people who wanted to leave it for some reason – did it. And that is free will of every person. We may disagree with the choice of those people, and maybe, we would prefer to see those people still working in publishing house, but we respect their free will and the way of their free will manifesting.
As for us, we would like to clarify that “Freedom Star” publishing house has been started as a company for publishing the books of Ascended Masters teachings released through you as a messenger. However this approach has been changed and extended over time. This approach is turned into a broader goal – to publish all true Ascended Masters Teachings, released through different messengers in different times. Now this approach is realized in a practical way.
From my perspective it is not practical that I have to deal with two companies for the publishing of my books in Russia. Therefore, I would prefer that the company continues to publish my books and is run by people who still think my books are from the light.
We understand your inconvenience, but, unfortunately, we can’t do anything with that. There are things that need to be accepted the way they are. There is nothing else that we can offer you based on discernment that we have made and described to you in previous letter in detail.
That’s why we would like to repeat once again our understanding of future relations described in previous letter. Obviously based on practical realism, it is inevitable that the situation will be developing as follows:

#1: “Freedom Star” publishing house will publish your books up until 2016 year, and some other publishing house will publish all the rest of your books.
—
#2: some other publishing house (possibly a new created one), to which you will entrust the publishing of ALL of your books; “Freedom Star” publishing house will not publish any of your books.
From your perspective, do you not think it would be awkward to continue publishing my books up until 2016 and then have to explain to people why you will not do it later? I simply don’t understand why you want to put yourselves in that situation?
We do not put ourselves in any awkward situation. After all, you do not think that you are in awkward situation, because for some reason you do not receive dictations from Ascended Masters anymore. And this is despite the fact that 35 people made discernment and described it very clearly to you.
Moreover, all these 35 people are not those who didn’t accept you as a messenger from the very beginning as, for example, Summit Lighthouse students did, but these are 35 people who accepted you as a valid Ascended Masters messenger over the years, these people are the ones who organized and held two biggest conferences in Russia – these people MADE DISCERNMENT and told you clearly about that. And what did you? Maybe you have felt yourself awkward in this situation? Maybe you started to do something about that – what if really something happened to me? No, you simple ignored that by saying “that is fine”. Thus this situation doesn’t make you feel awkward and strange, but you are addressing this question to us.
Well, a straight question gets a straight answer. We do not feel awkward. Every one of us did what every student (chela) on the Path has to do – to discern. We took time to make discernment. And we did it. And told you about that very clear. Therefore we fulfilled our responsibility – to make discernment, and once that was done – to make decision. We cannot follow teachings, publish the teachings that are not from Ascended Masters. We hope we will be able to explain our standpoint to everyone who would be interested in it.
At the end of the letter, we think that a practical perspective by making decision needs to be brought to this discussion. We would like to hear your decision regarding our offer, in order to follow one of the ways described above.

After reading the vibration of your two letters, I don’t see how any future cooperation can be constructive.
I therefore think the only practical decision is the second option you describe in your last letter:
#2: some other publishing house (possibly a new created one), to which you will entrust the publishing of ALL of your books; “Freedom Star” publishing house will not publish any of your books.

This notice is issued on March 18, 2019.
I intend to terminate our agreement about publishing my books in the Russian Language, referenced below:
Foreign economic license agreement for publishing services
The present agreement is signed on April 2, 2014 between Kim Michaels («the Author»), citizen of the Denmark, resident at the address: ÄÄREKOIDU TEE 10, KOIDU SAUE VALD HARJUMAA 76403 HARJUMAA ESTONIA and Freedom Star Publishing LLC (Vatutina street, 29, Novosibirsk, 630064), Novosibirsk, Russia, represented by director Аlexandra Momzerova, acting on the basis of the Charter («the Licensee»).
In paragraph 6.5 of the original contract, it states that the Licensee has the right to continue to sell those copies that have already been printed in the Russian language.
I would therefore request a list of which titles you have printed and how many copies you currently have of each title.
I also point out that the original contract gave the Licensee the right to publish the following books:
1. The subject of the Agreement
1.1. With the present Agreement the Author provides the Licensee with an exclusive right to use literary works, created by the Author with the following titles:
1). Master Keys to Spiritual Freedom
2). Brochure with the dictations from Russia (Saint Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Novosibirsk)and Kazakhstan conferences (preliminary title)
3). Brochure with the dictations about overcoming the poverty consciousness (preliminary title)
4). Freedom from ego bundle
* Freedom from ego illusions
* Freedom from ego games
* Freedom from ego dramas
5). Brochure with the tools to overcome the spiritual crisis (with audio disk)
6). Brochure with the dictations about four lower bodies purification (hereinafter referred to as the «Works», and separately a «Work») according to terms, set out by the present Agreement, and the Licensee is obliged to pay to the Author the fee foreseen in the present Agreement.
I am aware that you have since then printed other titles, but we currently have no contract for some or all of these titles.
I therefore request a list of titles that you have already printed and how many copies you have left.
I request that you do not print any more copies of the titels that you already have in print.
I request that you will not publish any titles that have not been printed, even if such titles have been translated. If you have already paid my royalty for such titles, you can take the money from the card, as I have not taken any money out.
I request that you will take down the Inner Path website (http://in-path.com) as I no longer want you to translate or represent my teachings in the Russian language.
